Puerto Rico: 2-5 business days

United States: 5-7 business days

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Delivery:

Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing the order. Enero30 is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

At Enero30, we take care of every detail to ensure your order is delivered safely. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other logistical issues.

Delivery Failed: If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, the package will be returned to our facilities. Additional charges will apply for resending the package.
