Return Policy

• Any eligible item may be returned within 4 days of the date of receipt or delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, unaltered, and with the original tags attached.

• No refunds will be issued. The customer will be given store credit that can be used within 30 days.

• Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. They are considered final sale.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

• No item can be sent for exchange without prior approval from the store.

• If more than 4 days have passed since receipt to request an exchange, no returns will be accepted.

• All orders for collection must be coordinated and picked up within 7 days of purchase. Collection points will be established by Enero30 Boutique.

• We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery or in the mail.
